At FashionFlairCo.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items if:

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
• Customized or personalized items.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@fashionflairco.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
